Take the plunge for a purpose! The Polar Plunge returns on February 28, 2026, and this year, we’re partnering with the Billy Wagner Park Project to make an even bigger splash. Every dollar raised through this event is split evenly between both organizations, supporting community revitalization AND the creation of a new tribute park honoring hometown Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Billy Wagner.

• Tazewell Today continue year-round work revitalizing Main Street, supporting local events, improving economic vibrancy, and strengthening the heart of Tazewell.

• The Billy Wagner Park Project develop a new community park and bronze statue honoring Billy Wagner’s Major League Baseball Hall of Fame legacy and inspiring generations to come.
